AIR TERJUN BUKIT GIBEON

Dinamakan Air Terjun Bukit Gibeon, karena berada di Pusat Seminari Bukit Gibeon (PSBG). Sebenarnya bukit gibeon merupakan sekolah misionaris (sekolah pendeta gitu). Pusat Seminari Bukit Gibeon sendiri memiliki banyak fasilitas antara lain Rumah Doa berbagai ukuran kapasitas ruangan, Menara Doa, Gereja, Ruang Penginapan peserta retreat untuk pria dan wanita, Ruang Makan, Aula dan Ruang Belajar, Sekretariat, Fasilitas Ibadah Padang, Ruang Terbuka/Taman, Fasilitas Api Unggun, Dapur & Halaman Parkir, Tempat Wisata berupa Kolam Renang dan Air Terjun, tersedia juga Program Latihan Kepemimpinan (Excellent Leadership Camp).

Air Terjun Bukit Gibeon ini tidak susah untuk didapatkan. Dari parapat jalan terus menuju arah balige, sekitar 10 km atau sekitar setengah jam setelah itu, aka terlihat gapura yang gede disebelah kanan dari jalan. Di gapura ada tulisan Bukit Gibeon. nah, masuk aja, jaraknya kurang lebih 1 km kedalam. Jalannya kurang mulus. Setelah itu akan nemu pintu masuknya dari jalan sebelah kiri. Setelah dari pintu masuk, jalanannya sudah mulus kok, masuk aja kedalam. Nanti bakalan terlihat tuh sekolah misionarisnya. Kalian bisa foto-foto juga di sekolah misionarisnya. Tempatnya juga bagus dan lagi ngehits yang terkenal dengan nama Rumah Doa Segala Bangsa.

Oke,, melanjutkan perjalanan. Sebelum pintu masuk sekolahnya ada jalan menuju ke air terjunnya, ada petunjuknya kok. jadi gak usah bingung. Ntar ada pos satpam, nah...disitu kalian beli tiket masuk seharga Rp 10.000,-/orng ditambah Rp 2.000,- untuk parkir(Motor/kereta). Kemudian lanjutkan perjalanan. Jalan aja terus, nanti bakalan nemu pos ke-2. Disini pos ini kalian akan distop. Tapi, tenang aja gak ada razia kok. hahaha.. Disitu petugasnya mengutip tiket yang udah kita beli di pos sebelumnya. Nah...setelah itu jalan aja terus kedepan. Sekitar kurang lebih 2 km nemu deh Air terjun bukit gibeon tersebut.

 

Pemandangannya begitu luas dan indah, menuruni beberapa anak tangga untuk menikmati langsung air terjun ini. Uniknya adalah air terjun tersebut jatuh tepat di Kolam Renang. Udah gitu, airnya dingin banget kayak air es, tapi rugi deh kalau gak menikmati langsung dengan mandi dibawah air terjun tersebut. Karena airnya begitu jernih untuk kita nikmati.
